Newspapers

Newspapers are still quite popular in Cape Town. There are numerous papers in both English and Afrikaans, which is similar to Dutch, available in Cape Town. While papers appear to be losing popularity in America, they are still widely read in Cape Town. The two papers that I read almost daily were the Cape Times and Cape Argus. Every day, throughout the city, they hang up sheets with different headlines.
